Congratulations to Edwin Schauble, who is the recipient of the 2009 Kuno Award, of the VGP section of AGU. The Kuno Award is given for outstanding contributions to the fields of Volcanology, Geochemistry, and Petrology within seven years of the Ph.D. Edwin was recognized for his groundbreaking work on the application of nontraditional stable isotopes to geochemistry.
